After Miss Amanda's Musikgarten class, Genevieve got a special treat. A trip to Glenwood Gardens to play with Lily(bo) and Alex(bo)! There was a program about wild turkeys. The naturalist asked if anyone would like to help her. Genevieve volunteered enthusiastically. She was a turkey model! ( who said cousin Crissy and Bobby would be the only modeling grandchildren?) She had a lot of fun learning about Jakes (baby turkeys), Toms, and Hens. At the end, all of the kids got to pet Freida, a live turkey (spared several years ago by the mayor of Greenhills, now residing at Parky's Farm).
